About the app

I’m Klaus Jakobsen, the developer behind A Decent Remote. I created Transcribe Audio to Text to help you turn recordings into useful text while keeping the audio on your iPhone.

You can record in the app or import an audio or video file, review the transcript, and export a document or caption file. Speech recognition runs on your iPhone, without sending your recording to a transcription server.
